“My gift from God is a divine mind, and I am a gift to my people.” What began with a single bracelet soon awakened an ancient memory within me—a calling to vibrational healing, spiritual adornment, and sacred creation. Guided by the wisdom of an African Hebrew Israelite healer, I embarked on a journey of energetic alignment through crystals, prayer, and deep inner work. In a period I call the Cocoon of Consecration, I embraced solitude, practiced spiritual rituals, and began transmuting pain into beauty. Beading reconnected me to my inner child, allowing me to heal, play, and create pieces filled with purpose. From my first sale to butterflies landing on my bracelets as a sign of confirmation, I knew this was more than jewelry—it was medicine for the soul.

Born and raised in Atlanta, I carry a global heritage rooted in places like Guinea-Bissau, Cape Verde, Congo, and the Gullah Geechee lineage. With influence from my grandmother’s African boutique in Savannah to my travels across Israel, South Africa, Belize, and beyond, my creativity reflects ancestral wisdom and sacred expression. Rooted in Style ATL is a philosophy—anchored by the Adinkra symbol Abedua, representing resilience and self-sufficiency. The three dots in “Rooted” signify spiritual alignment across time and space.
